Privacy notice

How we use the details you send through this website.

Who we are

Ray's Podiatry Ltd (company number 13605795) runs this website and is the data controller for the information you send through it. You can contact us at Castleton Health & Leisure Centre, Manchester Road, Castleton, Rochdale OL11 3AF, by email at rayspodiatry@outlook.com or by phone on 07401 079746.

What we collect

If you send an appointment request, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the treatment you're interested in, the best time to call you and any message you add.

The website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and doesn't track you across other sites. Our web host, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about the appointment you asked for. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and taking steps at your request before providing treatment.

Please keep messages brief. Your full medical history is taken in person at your appointment.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your details for marketing. When you send a request, the website passes it straight to our email inbox through Cloudflare, which hosts the site. The website itself doesn't store it. Our email provider then holds the message as part of our inbox.

Before a request is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person rather than a spam bot. It doesn't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

If you don't go on to book, we delete your request within six months. If you become a patient, your details become part of your clinical record and are kept as required for health records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing rayspodiatry@outlook.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
